“ Rome Shuttle Limousine ”07 August 2009, 2:15Charlotte gave me a quote of 50 Euro. After pick up the driver took us to the wrong hotel. (He couldn\\’t speak a word English) We phoned Charlotte who said that the price to our hotel is 145 Euro\\’s! First she said that the price she gave us was a typing mistake – ( but I do have it on 3 e-mails,) then I was told that the fee doesn\\’t include gas, toll fee\\’s and the luggage!I don\\’t mind to pay 145 Euro\\’s, but it\\’s not what I was quoted for!I will never use Rome Shuttle Limousine again!!
